Lincoln Property Company Southeast Negotiates Lease Renewal on Behalf of TerraCap Management

Lincoln Property Company Southeast has secured a 50,000-square-foot lease renewal at Huntcrest Commerce Center, a four-building, 394,354-square-foot, Class-A office park in Lawrenceville, Ga. Matt Davis and Hunter Henritze of Lincoln represented the owner, TerraCap Management.

BioLab, an industry leader in the development and marketing of innovative products that provide clear water for pools and spas, renewed its lease at 1725 North Brown Rd. Steve Barton and Leigh Hoover of CBRE represented the tenant.

Huntcrest is currently 86% leased. Availability ranges from 985 square feet to a full floor of 25,912 square feet. Huntcrest boasts immediate access to I-85 via Sugarloaf Parkway and Old Peachtree exits, as well as proximity to a strong amenity base, including Revel, the brand-new, 110-acre mixed-use development.
