Lincoln Property Company Southeast Now Leasing West Paces Ferry Shopping Center in Atlanta
With the recent arrival of Kirk Williams as vice president of retail leasing, Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has secured the leasing assignment for West Paces Ferry Shopping Center, a well-known Publix-anchored shopping center in one of the most affluent areas of Atlanta. Sitting at the intersection of West Paces Ferry Road and Northside Parkway in Buckhead, the 89,000-square-foot center features such high-quality tenants as Goldberg’s, Willy’s Mexicana Grill and Starbucks.
This highly sought-after shopping center, located in one of the highest income areas in the Southeast, was built in 1954 and has enjoyed a very stable roster of tenants over the years. In fact, several of the original tenants are still in place. Currently 95 percent leased, West Paces Ferry Shopping Center now features a rare 4,700-square-foot vacancy of prime retail space.
“We are very pleased to be associated with such a prestigious retail asset with outstanding ownership,” said Tony Bartlett, senior vice president at Lincoln who oversees the Atlanta office. “This new listing continues to expand our growing retail platform in Atlanta under Kirk’s very capable leadership.”
