Lincoln Property Company Southeast Secures Lease for Residential Real Estate Firm Engel & Volkers

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) recently secured a lease for 2,800 square feet of office space in the new Liberty Village development in Alpharetta, which is in the North Fulton submarket of Atlanta. The lease was brokered by Chip Sipple and Matt Fergus of Lincoln.

Engel & Volkers is a global firm, which specializes in luxury residential real estate. Liberty Village is a new development adjacent to the mixed-use project, Avalon. Liberty Village is an upscale retail development that will have high-end office space, restaurant, luxury shopping, along with many other options and amenities set to deliver later this year.

“This firm has an exclusive clientele and is expanding into the North Fulton market,” said Lincoln’s Sipple. “Liberty Village is a great location, because it caters to the demographic that Engel & Volkers primarily serves.”

Engel & Volkers also operates in various offices in Atlanta, including an office in the Buckhead Atlanta retail shopping center.
