Lincoln Property Company Southeast Secures Lease Renewals at Cobb Corporate Center

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated two renewals at Cobb Corporate Center in Marietta, Georgia. Matt Davis and Matt Fergus of Lincoln represented the building owner, Crown West Realty.

United Business Insurance Company has extended and expanded its lease at Cobb Corporate Center. The workers’ compensation solutions provider will occupy 5,948 square feet. Jimmy Sanders of ICON Commercial Interests represented the tenant.

Ford Motor Company has extended its lease at Cobb Corporate Center. The automobile manufacturer occupies just under 7,000 square feet. Ryan Hudson of CBRE represented the tenant.

“Cobb Corporate Center’s convenient location with immediate access to I-75 and close proximity to I-285 offers unbeatable access to Atlanta and the surrounding areas,” said Lincoln’s Davis. “Recent renovations and new tenant amenities make this property even more attractive to new and existing tenants.”

The five-building, 200,090-square-foot facility recently underwent major renovations and boasts an attractive, landscaped setting with immediate access to I-75. Available office spaces range from 2,017 square feet to 36,811 square feet, and the property features a new amenity center, Whitebox spaces with 12-foot ceilings, move-in ready suites, ample parking and grade level loading.
