LPC Southeast Secures New Deals, Lease Renewals at Bailey Park

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated multiple new and renewal deals within the past couple months at Bailey Park, a five-building office park located in Kennesaw, Ga. Lincoln’s Matt Davis and George Gwaltney handle leasing on behalf of the owner, TerraCap Management.

• TAI Services, Inc.  extended their lease long-term for 7,252 square feet. Chip Craighill of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
• Better Way Products, Inc. signed a new lease for 5,146 square feet. Matt Oliaro of Oliaro Commercial represented the tenant.
•  US Mortgage Corporation renewed its 5,867-square-foot lease. Glen Drake of Drake Realty represented the tenant.
