Lincoln Property Company Southeast Secures New Lease at Newly Renovated Crestwood Pointe in Duluth, Georgia

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has secured a new lease at Crestwood Pointe I in Duluth, Georgia. Matt Davis and Michael Howell of Lincoln represented the owner, OA Development.

World System Builder signed a new lease for 10,288 square feet at Crestwood Pointe I. Troy Nguyen at International Real Estate Dream Homes, LLC represented the tenant.

This new lease comes on the heels of significant renovations to Crestwood Pointe I’s lobby. The updated space features a two-story atrium with a second-story balcony lobby.
