Lincoln Property Company Southeast Secures New Lease at The Gold Building
Lincoln Property Company Southeast secured a new lease at The Gold Building, a recently renovated office building in one of Atlanta’s dense business corridors, bringing the building to 94 percent leased. Matt Fergus and Hunter Henritze of Lincoln represented the owner, Generational Capital Partners, LLC.
Glory Global Solutions, Inc. signed a new lease for 6,131 square feet at The Gold Building, a 66,869-square-foot office building located in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket of Atlanta. Tom Kubis and Clay Cooledge from Savills Studley represented the tenant.
