Lincoln Property Company Southeast Secures New Lease, Renewal at Northwoods Commons in Peachtree Corners

Lincoln Property Company Southeast has negotiated a new deal and a lease renewal at Northwoods Commons, an office park located in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Matt Davis and Matt Fergus of Lincoln represented the owner, Crown West Realty.

Business Innovations Worldwide, a branding and customer-focused marketing firm serving multiple industry sectors, signed a new lease for 4,934 square feet at Northwoods Commons. Jeff Richardson at CTR Partners represented the tenant. BH Payne Construction, a family owned and operated construction business, also renewed its 2,887-square-foot lease at the park.
