Lincoln Property Company Southeast Secures Renewal and Expanded Lease at Preston Ridge in Alpharetta
Lincoln Property Company announced it has extended and expanded the lease of HotSchedules at Preston Ridge IV, a Class A office building in Alpharetta.
Michael Howell of Lincoln represented the landlord, OA Development. HotSchedules was represented by Bill Kilborn of CBRE.
HotSchedules’ lease renewal is for 11,851-square-feet and the expansion is for 4,271-square-feet for a total of 16,122-square-feet.
“We are excited about HotSchedules’ expanded presence at Preston Ridge,” said Lincoln’s Howell. “They will continue to benefit from the outstanding location of Preston Ridge IV along with dramatic views the building offers and close proximity to both Avalon and North Point Mall, which offers a full range of nearby amenities for its employees and visitors.”
Preston Ridge IV, located at 3440 Preston Ridge Road in Alpharetta, is a six-story, Class A office building that is owned by a local group, OA Development. It is located at the top of the highest summit in North Fulton County offering views that are unmatched in the Alpharetta submarket. The building also offers outstanding accessibility to North Point Parkway, Old Milton Parkway and Ga. Highway 400.
