Lincoln Property Company Southeast Secures Six Lease Agreements at Executive Park in Atlanta

25 May 2017

Lincoln Property Company announced it has secured two new leases, two renewals, one relocation and one expansion at the Executive Park office development, bringing occupancy to 91 percent at the five-building, 321,000-square foot office park.

Executive Park is a 60-acre office park located at Executive Park Drive in the Chamblee/Doraville/North Druid Hills submarket of Atlanta. Jeff Henson and George Gwaltney of Lincoln represented the landlord, Emory Healthcare.

The Emory Clinic Inc. expanded its presence in Executive Park by 2,754 square feet. Two other existing tenants who renewed their leases were Brittany Maids Ltd., which occupies almost 3,000 square feet, and SiShield Technologies Inc., which occupies more than 1,200 square feet.

Additionally, Gorin’s Homemade Ice Cream Inc. relocated to a 4,222-square-foot space in Executive Park.

One of the new tenants is The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, which was represented by Hayes Holton of Holton Real Estate on the lease for 3,487 square feet. The other new addition is Impact Ventures LLC, which leased 2,975 square feet of office space and was represented by Brooks Morris of Cresa.

“Executive Park is a versatile office development with both larger and smaller spaces, which makes it attractive for a broad mix of tenants,” said Lincoln’s Henson. “It’s convenient to the heart of Atlanta, but its heavy landscaping provides a park-like setting that both tenants and their visitors find pleasing.”

Executive Park has easy access to Interstate 85 via the North Druid Hills interchange and is close to restaurants, shops, banks, hotels and other amenities.
