Lincoln Property Company Southeast Secures Three Leases at Northwoods Business Center
Lincoln Property Company announced it has secured three new leases in the Northwoods Business Center, bringing the occupancy to 92 percent. Jeff Henson and George Gwaltney of Lincoln represented the landlord, OA Development.
Northwoods Business Center is a three-building, 110,343-square-foot office park in Atlanta’s Norcross/Peachtree Corners submarket.
The new tenants are:
- Smart 3rdParty, LLC, which leased 4,308 square feet
- Delmonico Restoration, which was represented by Doug Eidson of Avison Young on the lease for 2,574 square feet
- Lo Brothers & Associates Inc., which was represented by Allen Lo of Keller Williams on the lease for 1,573 square feet
“Northwoods Business Center is a great, convenient location for tenants,” said Lincoln’s Henson. “Not only is it close to restaurants, hotels and banks, there are also very attractive executive neighborhoods nearby.”
Northwoods Business Center offers onsite ownership and management, with attractive lease rates in a park-like setting.
