Lincoln Property Company Southeast Sells Creative Loft Space in North Fulton County

Lincoln Property Company Southeast announced the sale of 33 Mansell Court, a free-standing creative office / flex building located in Roswell. Jeff Henson of Lincoln represented the seller, CNCC Holdings.

OneSource Relocation purchased 33 Mansell Court, the 20,000-square-foot creative/flex office building Roswell, Georgia. Headquartered in Atlanta, OneSource Relocation is a U.S. domestic and international employee relocation management and consulting services company. Kush Mirani with CBRE represented the buyer.
