Lincoln Property Company Southeast today announced it has been awarded the leasing assignment for four buildings located within Technology Park in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. The four-building, 253,000-square-foot creative/flex office portfolio is well positioned within the rapidly growing Peachtree Corners submarket of Atlanta.
All four buildings have recently undergone an extensive renovation program that includes rebranding the exteriors with modern paint, new signage, and new outdoor amenity areas with seating, shade sails, grills and bocce ball courts. Upgrades also include free Wi-Fi, new roofs, new HVAC units and parking lot improvements.
