Lincoln Property Company Southeast to Manage The Hardin Building

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) announced it has secured a new management assignment at The Hardin Building, an office property in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood. Lincoln Senior Vice President Shane Froman will oversee the building’s management team, which will be led by Senior Portfolio Manager Stacy Abbate.

 

The Hardin Building is a beautiful, traditional 38,000-square-foot office building ideally located on prestigious West Paces Ferry Road. The classic Georgian style building has been renovated and now features the highest quality finishes including hardwoods, wood paneling, custom rugs and antique furnishings. The building’s amenities have also been upgraded to include a luxurious grand lobby, state of the art conference facility, health club and building break room.
