Lincoln Property Company Southeast Wins Leasing Assignment at 3100 Avalon Ridge Place in Norcross, Georgia

Lincoln Property Company Southeast has won the leasing assignment for 3100 Avalon Ridge Place, a free-standing single-story office building in Norcross, Georgia. Jeff Henson of Lincoln is handling leasing for the property.

Formerly an AT&T call center, 3100 Avalon Ridge Place offers 59,400 square feet of office or call center space with heavy power and fiber optics. Situated on 5.88 acres in Gwinnett County, the building was recently renovated to include a new roof, HVAC throughout, new LED lighting and upgraded carpet throughout.
