Lincoln Property Company Southeast Wins Leasing Assignment for 5865 North Point Parkway

Lincoln Property Company has won the leasing assignment for 5865 North Point Parkway, located in Alpharetta, part of the North Fulton submarket of Atlanta. Jeff Henson and George Gwaltney of Lincoln are handling the leasing for owner Rolta International, Inc.

The three-story building, which contains more than 25,000 square feet of Class A office space, was recently renovated with improved appointments and lighting in public spaces, as well as upgraded landscaping. Spaces from 8,000 square feet to the entire building are available. Building or monument signage is available, and the third floor has in-place furniture, fixtures and equipment for tenant use.

 

Rolta will also consider offers to purchase the building, along with a parcel suitable for construction of a phase 2 office building, or additional parking.

 

“With all the growth that has occurred around Alpharetta in recent years, including the opening of the Avalon mixed-use development, North Fulton is at an all-time high as an office destination,” said Lincoln’s Henson. “This building is near shops, banks, hotels, restaurants and quality neighborhoods. It’s a great location for lease, or an excellent investment.”

 

5865 North Point Parkway offers 4/1,000 parking and easy access to Ga. Highway 400 via North Point Parkway and Haynes Bridge Road.
