Lincoln Property Company Southeast has been awarded the management assignment for Chattahoochee Corners, an 11-building office park in Duluth, Georgia. Lincoln Vice President Shane Froman oversees management of the office park, which is led by Senior Property Manager Kim Steward. B&L Management Group owns the property.
Chattahoochee Corners consists of 11 single-story office buildings located within River Green Business Park. Totaling 551,072 rentable square feet, the single-tenant and multi-tenant buildings provide efficient office layout and high-end modern workspace with superior connectivity. “Chattahoochee Corners provides a high-end modern workspace that can accommodate a wide-range of tenants looking to be a part of Duluth’s growing economy,” said Lincoln’s Froman. “Its prime location draws on excellent labor pools in Northeast Atlanta, offering tenants an excellent opportunity to recruit and retain top talent.”
Chattahoochee Corners offers a variety of high-class amenities to its tenants, including a recently added state-of-the-art fitness center, convenient access to the Chattahoochee Trail and a weekly food truck service.
