Lincoln Property Company Southeast Wins Management Assignment for Five Shopping Centers Across Georgia and Florida
Lincoln Property Company Southeast has been awarded the management assignment for a portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers owned by Jamestown Properties. Lincoln Vice President Shane Froman oversees management of the properties, which is led by Senior Portfolio Manager John Grozine.
Shopping centers included in this agreement include: Parkaire Landing Shopping Center in Marietta, Georgia; Doral Commons in Doral, Florida; Village Commons in West Palm Beach, Florida; Country Club Plaza in Miami; and Polo Club Shoppes in Boca Raton, Florida.
“Each of these shopping centers serves a particularly desirable and affluent area, presenting a unique opportunity to manage a dominant neighborhood shopping center with a diverse tenant mix and a highly attractive financial profile,” said Lincoln’s Froman.
With prime locations in Miami-Dade, Palm Beach and Cobb counties, these properties offer excellent visibility, strong customer traffic and close proximity to major interchanges. Parkaire Landing is anchored by Kroger, while the other four shopping centers are anchored by Publix. Each shopping center boasts a diverse range of tenants, including fitness, medical, retail, dining, and service providers.
