Lincoln Property Company Wins Leasing and Management Assignments at 3100 Breckinridge Office Park in Duluth
Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has won the leasing and management assignments for 3100 Breckinridge, a seven-building, 253,000-square-foot office park in the Duluth/Suwanee/Buford submarket of Metro Atlanta. Jeff Henson and Matt Davis of Lincoln are handling leasing and marketing for owner Terra Cap Management, which recently acquired the park.
Space at 3100 Breckinridge is available in amounts ranging from 1,400 square feet, up to 30,000 square feet, with ample parking of four spaces per 1,000 square feet. Prominent monument signage is available for tenants.
“This office park is in a great location. It has excellent accessibility to I-85, as well as being close to popular amenities and great neighborhoods,” said Lincoln’s Henson. “In addition to that, it’s in the Gwinnett County Opportunity Zone, which offers tax credits for creating new jobs.”
Within the Opportunity Zone, companies adding eligible new jobs receive a $3,500 yearly tax credit for up to 10 years.
The office park is located less than a mile from Gwinnett Place Mall, and a short drive to popular dining and shopping options off Sugarloaf Parkway.
