Lincoln Property Completes New Lease Agreement with Civil Law Practice at Airport Business Center

Lincoln Property Company Southeast recently completed a new multi-year lease for 3,594 square feet at 5734 South Semoran Boulevard in the Airport Business Center in east Orlando.

Sean DuPree, CCIM negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Landlord RCS-Orlando Airport 371, LLC.

Brian C. Hogan, P.A., a civil law practice, leased the professional office space.  The tenant is part of the Hogan Law Office group that has several locations throughout Central Florida specializing in personal injury and foreclosure defense.
