Lincoln Receives Two Assignments from The Situs Cos.

Lincoln Property Company Southeast has received two assignments for retail properties from The Situs Cos., which is serving as the special servicer of the sites.

Lincoln has been appointed receiver of Venture Pointe, a 335,420-square-foot retail power center in Duluth, Ga., just outside of Atlanta. Lincoln will oversee the leasing and management of the center, whose tenants include Kohl’s, Babies “R” Us and Golfsmith. The property also is shadow anchored by a SuperTarget and a Costco Wholesale.

Lincoln also has been appointed property manager of Sand Lake Commons, a 197,000-square-foot strip center in suburban Orlando, Fla. Its tenants include Staples and PetSmart.
