Lincoln Secures Industrial Lease-Sale Assignment in Orlando

Securing new lease-sale assignments seems to be a trend for Lincoln Property Company Southeast. Lincoln recently secured another such assignment in Orlando, Fla., for a state-of-the-art industrial space.

Located in Lee Vista Business Commons at 6317 McCoy Road, the building has 9,808 – 25,343 square-feet of rentable space including a 5,000-square-foot office with high-end finishes. The building also boasts dock high-loading facilities and grade-level warehouse access. Only two miles from the Orlando Internal Airport, the building faces Beachline Expressway (state Route 528) with easy access to Central Florida Greenway (state route 417).
