Lincoln Secures Industrial Lease-Sale in Orlando

Lincoln scores another industrial sale and leasing assignment less than three miles from downtown Orlando. The Silver Star Logistics Center at 1900 W. New Hampshire Street is a 147,389-square-foot freestanding warehouse centrally located on 7.32 acres. The building has rail access and the fenced-in premises have parking for more than 30 trailers, 11 covered loading docks and 2 concrete ramps. The property is fully sprinklered with excess electrical capacity. Previously used as a manufacturing and logistics center, the building has 6,820 square feet of contiguous office space with additional assembly area and warehouse offices.

The center has immediate access to John Young Parkway and Orange Blossom Trail that connect to State Route 408 and Interstate 4.
