Lincoln Property Company Southeast has been retained to market 180 Tech Parkway, a 10.91-acre corporate headquarters campus in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, for lease or for sale.
Jeff Henson and Matt Davis of Lincoln are leading efforts on behalf of the owner, New York-based Argell Management. Although currently leased, the property will become 100 percent available beginning March 1, 2017 and Lincoln has been hired to re-lease the pending vacancy.
“This property is a Peachtree Corners landmark, located in the heart of highly desired Technology Park, and is an ideal corporate campus featuring a three-story office building totaling 66,870 square feet, with functional floor plans, ample free surface parking, and prominent monument signage that’s visible from Technology Parkway,” Henson said.
Additionally, 180 Technology Parkway is optimally located to take full advantage of the Technology Park Trail, an 11-mile multi-use trail system which will run directly behind the building. Phase I will connect Medlock Bridge Road with Peachtree Parkway through Technology Park, ultimately encircling the city and linking residential and retail areas, as well as creating links to Technology Park and other office spaces.
“Peachtree Corners is a prime location for businesses, offering corporate location and expansion incentives for companies meeting certain thresholds for job creation and local investment,” Davis said.
