Lincoln Successfully Brokers Industrial Sale in Suwanee, Ga.

Lincoln Property Company Southeast scored an industrial sale in Suwanee, Ga., just in time for the New Year. The 21,242-square-foot building located at 3375 Martin Farm Road sold for $903,000.

Lincoln Vice President Denton Shamburger represented the seller, GE Capital Corporation. Craig Viergever and Tyler Fleming with Lee and Associates represented the buyer, HT Beauty Associates, LLC.

Built in 2004, the building is in pristine condition and located on 1.36 acres with easy access to I-85.

“Although the industrial market in metro Atlanta and around the Southeast has been steady, the challenging economic climate has definitely changed the landscape,” said Shamburger. “The recession has caused the pricing gap between older and newer buildings to narrow. As a result, we are seeing higher demand for newer buildings like Martin Farm that offer easy highway access and ample loading space.”
