Lincoln Property Company Southeast has taken over the management of Lenox Center and Lenox Plaza, two high-profile office buildings located in the Buckhead submarket of Atlanta. The company has handled the leasing of the properties since October 2010.

The 11-story Lenox Center features nearly 140,600 square feet of space and is located on Lenox Road near Houston’s and the Lenox MARTA station. The nine-story, 100,000-square-foot Lenox Plaza recently underwent an extensive plaza and main lobby renovation that enhanced the building’s street appeal on Peachtree Street, modernized the appearance of its interior, and added a safer and more convenient way for cars to enter and exit the property.  Small and mid-size suites are available in both buildings while Lenox Plaza seeks to attract a retail use to the 3,500 square foot availability facing Lenox Mall.

Both sites are located across the street from Lenox Mall and are within walking distance of Phipps Plaza. They feature convenient access to additional retail, restaurants, MARTA and hotels.

“We are excited about this new assignment on two ‘jewel box’ office buildings in arguably the best location in Atlanta,” said Shane Froman, Vice President of Management Services for Lincoln Property Company Southeast. “Our team has done good work leasing these buildings, and we look forward to bringing tremendous value to the buildings’ tenants and owner as the manager of these facilities.”

Lincoln’s management and leasing portfolio in Atlanta continues to show tremendous growth and is currently in excess of 8.5 million square feet of commercial space.
