Lincoln’s Broker Party at Northchase Office Park Is Rousing Success

 

Seventy brokers from across metro Atlanta got a glimpse of the newly renovated Northchase Office Park in Marietta recently – and won some great prizes in the process. Lincoln Property Company Southeast recently hosted a broker lunch to highlight the recent improvements at Northchase, which include a dramatically renovated lobby, restrooms and spec suites.

The lunch featured catering from Matthew’s Cafeteria, and the first 20 brokers to arrive each received a $50 American Express gift card. Drawings were held throughout the event to give away prizes. The winners and their prizes are below:

• Steve Golinveaux of Royal Real Estate won a Big Green Egg.

• Sarah Momberg of Cushman & Wakefield took home a YETI Cooler.

• Michael Wendt of Wendt Corporate Realty Services won an iPad Mini.

• Kirk Adams of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank won a flat-screen TV.
