Lincoln’s Kirk Williams Appears on Nationally Syndicated “Commercial Real Estate Show”

Kirk Williams, vice president of retail leasing for Lincoln Property Company Southeast in Atlanta, is a guest on this week’s “Retail and Retail Real Estate” episode of the nationally syndicated “Commercial Real Estate Show” radio program. Williams joins host Michael Bull to discuss — among other things — retail tenant traffic, development, which retailers are expanding, and tips for both landlords and tenants.

The “Commercial Real Estate Show” airs on 40 stations across the country, including WAFS Biz 1190 AM in Atlanta, which airs the show from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. each Saturday. The show also can be downloaded from iTunes and listened to on the show’s official website.

The interview with Williams begins around the 26:20 mark. Other guests include Kevin Imboden of Real Capital Analytics and Jesse Tron of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
