LPC and The Simpson Organization Introduce Outdoor Work and Gathering Spaces to Alpharetta Office Campus
Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) announces the completion of courtyard renovations at 800 and 900 Parc Point, a highly amenitized, two-building office campus in the heart of downtown Alpharetta. Lincoln’s Hunter Henritze and Caroline Fisher lease the building on behalf of the landlord, The Simpson Organization.
The new and expansive courtyard and greenspaces provide tenants with an open-air setting to work, socialize and relax. The outdoor space will also host a variety of food trucks weekly, providing tenants with a mix of lunch offerings on property.
“With the pandemic continuing to shape the way we live and work, there is an increased need and desire for open-air work and recreational opportunities,” says Lincoln’s Henritze. “With the addition of a brand-new courtyard and outdoor amenity space for tenants at 800 and 900 Parc Point, we are striving to create a modern and flexible work setting where current and prospective tenants, such as growing businesses and tech savvy creatives, can thrive.”
On the heels of these upgrades, Lincoln has executed a number of deals at the building. NuRock, an existing tenant, renewed its 6,935-square-foot lease. Ryan Mandrell of JLL represented the tenant. Two new deals with Caliber Home Loans for a 2,684-square-foot lease and GSA for a 3,654-square-foot lease were also executed.
Formerly known as 800 and 900 North Point Parkway, Parc Point is one of six suburban office campuses within Alpharetta Collection, an intentionally curated office portfolio owned and managed by The Simpson Organization. Parc Point features available spaces ranging from small, move-in-ready suites to larger, 23,364-square-foot spaces. With an on-site fitness facility, communal conference rooms and access to surrounding retail and restaurant amenities in the Alpharetta area like Avalon, tenants and guests can enjoy themselves both during and outside the workday. The property is also conveniently located with easy access to GA-400, Old Milton Parkway and Windward parkway Interchange, and across the street from Windward Park’s future mixed-use retail village and near two outdoor recreation areas, The Alpha Loop and the Big Creek Greenway.
