Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated several recent deals at Chastain Center in Kennesaw, Georgia. Lincoln’s Matt Fergus and Michael Howell represented the landlord.

Recent deals include the following:
Vertical Vision extended and expanded its lease to occupy a total of 7,047 square feet of space. Brown Edwards from Brown Edwards and Associates represented the tenant, Vertical Vision.
All4 LLC extended its 5,176-square-foot lease at Chastain Center. Brad Kirschner at CBRE represented the tenant.
Indegene Inc. renewed its lease for 4,000 square feet in a direct deal.
Chastain Center is a heavily landscaped, 27-acre office park with six single-story office buildings. Totaling 303,000 square feet of office space, amenities include grade-level loading, floor-to-ceiling windows, free surface parking and tenant-controlled utilities. Chastain Center is situated within the Kennesaw submarket, with market leading access to I-75 and I-575 and easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping centers, hotels and quality residential communities.
