LPC Secures Several New Leases, Renewals at Cobb Corporate Center in Marietta, Georgia

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated two new leases and one lease renewal at Cobb Corporate Center in Marietta, Georgia. Lincoln’s Matt Fergus, Hunter Henritze and Seabie Hickson represented the landlord, TerraCap Management, LLC.

Dish Wireless signed a new lease for more than 5,000 square feet of space. Paul Holmes and Robert Brister of CBRE represented the tenant. HealthTrackRX also signed a new lease for more than 3,200 square feet at the center. Andrew Walker of Colliers represented the tenant. HealthTrackRX is the nation’s leading PCR-based infectious disease laboratory offering decentralized patient-directed testing, large-scale surveillance pathogen testing, antimicrobial stewardship and value-based care programs. JM Williams, a general contractor and building company, renewed its 11,600-square-foot lease at the property. John Pietkiewicz at Foundry Commercial represented the tenant.
