17 Aug 2021

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has been selected to oversee on behalf of the landlord, the construction and buildout of international software company Tyler Technologies’ new 62,635-square-foot metro Atlanta office at IntelliCenter, an office complex in unincorporated Lawrenceville, Georgia. Project Manager Stacey Gay will oversee the project, slated for completion this summer. Lincoln has managed the building on behalf of the landlord since 2019.

“As the second-most-populous metro Atlanta county and second in population growth overall, Gwinnett County continues to offer an attractive setting for both national corporations and local companies seeking to relocate or expand their presence,” said Lincoln’s Senior Vice President of Management Services Shane Froman. “We are looking forward to assisting with the buildout of Tyler’s new office at IntelliCenter, and are confident it will provide a strategic setting to support the company’s continued expansion across the Southeast.”

Tyler is relocating within Gwinnett County as the result of the rapid growth of its enterprise permitting and licensing, fire inspection and environmental health solutions. Since the acquisition of EnerGov™ Solutions in 2012, Tyler has added more than 150 local employees, along with 300 EnerGov™ clients across 42 states, increasing the overall client base to more than 15,000 in the public sector.

“Tyler is committed to the Atlanta metro area. We are thrilled to open our new office in unincorporated  Lawrenceville as we begin to welcome many of our team members back to the office,” said Greg Savard, general manager for Tyler’s Civic Services business unit. “The new space is modern and comfortable, and we know our employees will enjoy the new office features. We’re excited to consolidate under one roof with room to grow our team. We expect to add more than 100 jobs to this office in the next five years.”

Tyler has an established presence in the greater Atlanta area, with many local government appraisal, tax, civic services, financial, courts, public safety and school clients. Tyler’s EnerGov™ solution was recently selected by the City of Atlanta to manage and process approximately $400 million in annual business tax and licensing-related revenues. DeKalb and Fulton County rely on Tyler’s iasWorld® appraisal and tax administration solution and Tyler Verify™ to aid in mass appraisal and reassessment procedures; Tyler’s Odyssey® case management solution, which provides seamless access to courts and justice applications; as well as eFileGA, Tyler’s e-filing platform, which helps its courts streamline processes, reduce costs, and save paper. Atlanta, Gwinnett County and DeKalb County school districts also use Tyler’s Versatrans® routing and planning solution for tracking field trips and planning school bus routes, with DeKalb and Cobb County school districts also using Tyler’s Munis® solution for school financial planning and management.

Tyler’s Gwinnett County employees enjoy a community-centric office culture that supports a number of charitable activities and local initiatives, such as the Kaiser Permanente Fun Run and the Angel Tree program, which support the Quinn House, a full-service outreach operation that assists hundreds of individuals and families in need within Gwinnett County.

Built in 2006, IntelliCenter is a three-story, 150,127-square-foot office building located at Sever Road and Interstate 85 in Gwinnett County. IntelliCenter is LEED Core and Shell Silver Certified, and also offers a number of energy-efficient systems.
