Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated the $2,675,000 sale of 1945 Vaughn Road, a 27,800-square-foot, single-tenant office and warehouse building located within the Kennesaw, Ga. submarket. Lincoln’s Jeff Henson executed the sale on behalf of the seller, C9SL Properties, LLC.
Built in 1992 and renovated in 2018, the flex property sits on nearly five acres of space within the Barrett Business Park, a 1,000-acre master planned multi-use development.
