LPC Southeast Executes Lease Renewals, Building Renovations at Centrum at Glenridge Office Building

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) today announced recent lease renewals with AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company for 10,924 square feet, BrightWell Talent Solutions for 4,462 square feet and Southern Cathodic Protection for 3,662 square feet at Centrum, a LEED Gold Certified, Class-A office building in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Michael Howell, Hunter Henritze and Caroline Fisher of Lincoln handle leasing on behalf of the owner, Blackmount Real Estate Partners.

AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company, represented by Liz Love of JLL, is one of the leading financial services providers in the country. BrightWell Talent Solutions, represented by Bubba Chrismer of Cresa, is a premier, full-service executive search and professional placement staffing firm. Southern Cathodic Protection, represented by Kush Mirani of CBRE, is a consulting engineering firm that provides professional corrosion engineering services to oil & energy companies.
