Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated a 17,500-square-foot lease at 955 Cobb Place in Kennesaw, Georgia. Lincoln Vice President Matt Fergus represented the landlord, First Industrial Realty Trust, in the transaction.
Spirit Logistics Network, Inc., represented by Brad Kirschner of CBRE, will occupy the full building, located off I-75 in Cobb County. Spirit Logistics Network, Inc. is a food delivery and distribution service.
“Companies are rediscovering the value of working within the office environment, and we are continuing to see an increased demand for space within key Metro Atlanta submarkets,” said Lincoln’s Fergus. “Located near a highly educated and diverse workforce within one of Atlanta’s fastest-growing suburban submarkets, this property offers a premier location and convenient neighborhood amenities. We are pleased that Spirit Logistics Network chose to make 955 Cobb Place its new home as the company looks to expand its presence in Kennesaw.”
955 Cobb Place is a two-story, 17,500-square-foot office building with easy access to I-75 and I-575 and amenities including a large break room, lofted ceilings, hardwood floors and generous signage options. The property also offers access to nearby restaurants, shopping centers and hotels and sits just minutes from one of the top malls in Metro Atlanta.
