LPC Southeast Named Receiver on Stone Mountain Property

Lincoln Property Company Southeast, LLC (a subsidiary of Lincoln Property Company) was named as court-appointed receiver for Parker Court Business Center, a nine-building industrial complex in Stone Mountain.

LPC Southeast will manage the business center, while immediately marketing it for sale. The 243,096-square-foot complex is at 1860-1999 Parker Court.

Denton Shamburger, a Vice President with Lincoln, will lead the sales effort.

“This assignment is another example of lenders and owners relying on LPC Southeast to work across its platforms,” Shamburger said. “In this case, the lender needed a firm that could act as a Receiver, while providing property management services and the ability to broadly market the property for sale.”
