LPC Southeast Retains Management of 3100 Breckinridge in Duluth, Georgia
Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has been awarded the management assignment for Buildings 100-500 and 700 at 3100 Breckinridge in Duluth, Georgia, following a recent acquisition by Elmo Enterprises. Lincoln’s Senior Vice President of Management Services Shane Froman and Senior Portfolio Managers Stacy Abbate and Jessie Belcher will oversee the assignment.

3100 Breckinridge is a heavily landscaped, 30-acre office park featuring seven single-story and multi-story office buildings totaling 253,307 square feet. Located in Duluth, the office complex features move-in ready capabilities, floor-to-ceiling windows, prominent monumental signage, proactive ownership and market-leading egress and ingress to I-85.
The office complex sits within the Gwinnett County Opportunity Zone, which allows a minimum job tax credit of $3,500 per job created for five years. Located less than one mile to Gwinnett Mall, 3100 Breckinridge is just a short drive to first-class dining and retail options.
