LPC Southeast Secures Five New Leases at Dunwoody Office Building

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated over 25,000 square feet of new leases at 200 Ashford Center in Dunwoody, Georgia. Lincoln’s Matt Fergus, Hunter Henritze and Seabie Hickson represent the landlord.

“In recent years, Dunwoody has emerged as a hub for shopping, dining, living and working in Metro Atlanta, and 200 Ashford Center provides the location and amenities the modern office worker expects,” said Lincoln’s Fergus. “We believe the Central Perimeter submarket will continue to attract employers looking to access an educated employment base within a highly amenitized work environment, and we look forward to continued growth at 200 Ashford Center.”

Recent deals at 200 Ashford Center include the following:

  • Williams Industrial Services Group, LLC, an Engineering services company, signed a lease for 14,000 square feet. Jim Montgomery with Swearingen Realty Group represented the tenant.

  • Jaffe Family Law Firm signed a lease for 3,300 square feet of space. Trey Dove and Sydney Mayson with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

  • The Judge Group, an international professional services firm specializing in consulting, learning, staffing and more, signed a 3,000-square-foot lease at the building. Doug Wise with Cresa represented the tenant.

  • The Custom Bride signed a new lease for 2,500 square feet. Nance Donaldson with Cresa represented the tenant.

  • Atlanta Eye Group, which offers custom eye care and comprehensive optometry services, signed a 2,000-square-foot lease at the building.

200 Ashford Center is a 159,154-square-foot, five-story, Class-A office building located in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket. The building features a wide variety of first-class amenities including an on-site cafe, a fitness center featuring lockers and showers, a fully equipped conference center, a serene outdoor patio, access-controlled storage space, on-site property management, building security, free deck and surface parking and more.
