LPC Southeast Secures Lease Extension and Expansion at Lenox Plaza

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has secured a lease renewal and expansion at Lenox Plaza, a nine-story, 100,882-square-foot office building located in Atlanta’s prime Buckhead submarket. Lincoln’s Matt Fergus and Robert deGolian represented the landlord.

The tenant, Bader Scott Injury Lawyers, has expanded its lease from 17,000 square feet to over 44,000 square feet in Class-A office space. Michelle Galvani and Jenny O’Donnell from Wildmor Advisors represented the tenant in the deal. Founded in Atlanta in 2008, Bader Scott is an award-winning law firm specializing in personal injury and workers’ compensation.
