LPC Southeast Secures Lease of Factory Shoals I Distribution Center

Lincoln Property Company Southeast has executed a lease with Chicago-based Berlin Packaging, Inc. for the entire Factory Shoals Distribution Center I. The recently completed 251,501-square-foot warehouse and distribution center is prominently located in the middle of the I-20 West corridor. Denton Shamburger and Turner Fortin of Lincoln represented the owner.

“In the midst of the ongoing pandemic, we are pleased to see the continued demand for well located, functional distribution buildings,” said Lincoln’s Shamburger. “Within the heart of the submarket, Factory Shoals I will provide incredible access and visibility for the end user.”

Located within one of Atlanta’s most active infill corridors, Factory Shoals I offers convenient access to major interstates I-20 and I-85/75, rail intermodal terminals and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
