LPC Southeast Secures Medical Lease Renewals, Expansion at North Druid Hills Executive Park

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated several lease renewals and an expansion/extension at Executive Park, a six-building, 378,882-square-foot office park in the North Druid Hills/Northlake submarket of Atlanta. George Gwaltney of Lincoln represented the landlord, EUEP, LLC, associated with Emory University.

• The Emory Clinic, Inc. renewed its 16,532-square-foot lease in a direct deal.
• Emory University renewed its 10,781-square-foot lease in a direct deal.
• Pediatric Orthopedic Associates, P.C. renewed its 9,682-square-foot lease. David Tyler of Tyler Real Estate represented the tenant.
• Executive Park Dentistry, P.C. extended and expanded its lease to 3,074 square feet. Peyton Roebuck with Carr Healthcare Realty represented the tenant.

“Despite the heavy impacts of COVID-19 in recent months, medical office remains a highly resilient sector,” said Lincoln’s Gwaltney. “With rent payments up a dramatic percentage from the past several months, we are optimistic about the ongoing success at Executive Park.”
