LPC Southeast Secures New Lease, Renewals at Lenox Center and Lenox Plaza

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has secured a new lease and renewal at Lenox Center and a renewal at Lenox Plaza, both office buildings are located in the heart of Atlanta’s prime Buckhead submarket. Lincoln’s Matt Fergus and Robert deGolian represented the landlord.

Vayman Teitelbaum signed a new lease at Lenox Center, a 140,594-square-foot office building. Matt Isenberg of Weinstock Realty & Development represented the tenant in the deal. Based in Alpharetta, Vayman Teitelbaum is a boutique law firm providing legal representation to families and individual clients.

Midway Insurance Management International, Inc. renewed its lease at Lenox Center. Cory Hall and Matt Barnes with Savills represented the tenant. The company provides solutions to the insured, agents and brokers through litigation and programs management, individual claims assignments, consulting services and adjusting services for casualty, auto and transportation.

Lincoln has also extended a lease with DSF Wealth Management, LLC in a direct deal at Lenox Plaza, a nine-story, 100,882-square-foot office building located on Peachtree Road. Founded by Douglas Fluke, DSF Wealth Management provides a variety of financial services, including financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, estate planning, tax planning and private client services.
