LPC Southeast Secures New Lease, Renewals at Northwoods Commons

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated a new lease and two lease renewals at the newly renovated Northwoods Commons in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Lincoln’s Matt Fergus and Hunter Henritze represented the landlord.

SkimPrints signed a new 2,900-square-foot lease at Northwoods Commons. Liz Love with Transwestern represented the tenant. SkimPrints provides services to local businesses and nonprofit organizations through printing materials, mailing services, marketing consultations, promotional products and more. Infrastructure Consulting and Engineering, a full-service transportation consulting and design firm, renewed its lease of 5,300 square feet of space and general contracting firm, BH Payne Construction, renewed its lease of 2,900 square feet.

Located on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, Northwoods Commons features 100,720 square feet of office space with new signage, landscaping and modern exterior painting. Available spaces range in size from 4,200 square feet to 12,000 square feet of space. In addition to a number of on-site offerings, Northwoods Commons offers close proximity to several surrounding restaurants, banks, hotels and golf courses.
