Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) recently secured new leases at Cobb Corporate Center in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket and Northwoods Commons in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Lincoln’s Matt Fergus and Matt Davis represented the owner, TerraCap Management. TerraCap recently purchased both buildings from Crown West Realty in July and retained Lincoln as the leasing team.

The Center for Family Resources signed a lease for nearly 11,000 square feet of space at Cobb Corporate Center. Dan Buyers with McWhirter Realty Partners and Andrew Walker with Colliers represented the tenant. Cobb Corporate Center is a five-building, 200,090-square-foot office park in Marietta, Ga. The business park features recently completed renovations, as well as more tenant amenities and improvements underway. Move-in ready, state-of-the-art suites and white box spaces with 12-foot ceilings are currently available for lease. Cobb Corporate Center also boasts immediate access to I-75 and surrounding submarkets, making it easily accessible for a number of commuters.
Consume Media signed a 3,711-square-foot lease at Northwoods Commons. Brad Kirschner with CBRE represented the tenant. Northwoods Commons is located on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and features 100,720 square feet of office space surrounded by an attractive, heavily landscaped environment. Two recently completed Class-A spec suites are now available. Additional spaces range in size from 3,029 square feet to 24,964 square feet of space. In addition to a number of on-site offerings, Northwoods Commons offers close proximity to several surrounding restaurants, banks, hotels and golf courses.
