Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated 38,344-square-feet of new leases and renewals at The Pointe, a prominent two-building, Class-A office property located in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket. Lincoln’s Michael Howell, Hunter Henritze and Caroline Fisher represented the landlord, Dilweg.
“The Pointe’s onsite amenity offerings and serene park-like atmosphere, as well as unmatched access to GA 400, continue to attract tenants throughout the Central Perimeter market,” said Lincoln’s Fisher. “We look forward to welcoming new tenants and continuing the relationship with existing groups as well.
SENTA Partners, an ENT and allergy management services organization, signed a lease for 23,123 square feet at The Pointe – the largest among recent deals at the property. The tenant was represented by John Thornton and Bennett Gottlieb of Capital Real Estate Group.
Additional leases and renewals at The Pointe include the following:
- ERISAPros, a professional services firm specializing in ERISA health and welfare compliance, signed a 2,209-square-foot lease. Ryan Shirley of Shirley Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
- Law firm Martin Bagwell Luke, P.C. renewed its 4,012-square-foot lease at the center.
- Marina Wealth, a wealth advisory firm, signed a 2,221-square-foot-lease. Ben Goldthorpe of Swearingen represented the tenant.
- EspriGas, an industrial gas supply company, expanded and extended its lease to 6,779 square feet.
