LPC Southeast Secures New Leases, Renewals at Crestwood Pointe in Duluth

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has secured several new leases and lease renewals at Crestwood Pointe I and II in Duluth, Georgia. Lincoln’s Matt Davis and Matt Fergus handled the transactions on behalf of the landlord, OA Development.

These transactions come on the heels of several capital improvements, including refreshing common areas and upgrading lobbies throughout the building.

  • Quality Care for Children signed a new lease for 5,215 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield’s Tim Farley and Steven Taylor represented the tenant.
  • Wilmington Medical Supply signed a new lease for 2,286 square feet. CBRE’s RJ Zurak represented the tenant.
  • National DCP, LLC (NDCP) has renewed its lease for 35,231 square feet. CBRE’s Kevin Carroll represented the tenant.
  • Atlanta Regional Commission renewed its lease for 8,345 square feet, with a 3,778-square-foot expansion, totaling 12,123 square feet of space. CBRE’s Craig Goldberg represented the tenant.

The office building is also situated within the Gwinnett County Opportunity Zone which offers tax credit incentives of $3,500 per new employee, per year, for five years.
