Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated a 25,428-square-foot lease renewal with Iron Mountain Information Management at 2 Sun Court in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Lincoln’s Matt Davis and Matt Fergus represented the landlord, Redline Property Partners, and JLL’s Jeff Heller represented the tenant.
Iron Mountain Information Management provides information storage services and focuses on managing paper and electronic records. This includes data management, secure shredding, federal records storage, consulting and technology escrow services.
In addition to this renewal, recent deals with Thompson O’Brien Kemp & Nausuti, Thompson Ehle and Atlanta Light Bulbs bring the property to 85% leased. Two available spaces remain at the building, encompassing 4,730 square feet and 10,227 square feet, respectively.
