Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has secured three new leases and two renewals at Lenox Center and Lenox Plaza within Atlanta’s prime Buckhead submarket. Lincoln’s Matt Fergus, Hunter Henritze and Robert Degolian handled leasing on behalf of the owner.
“Lenox Center and Lenox Plaza offer unmatched convenience, with many of Buckhead’s top shopping, dining and entertainment offerings only steps away,” said Lincoln’s Fergus. “The ongoing leasing activity at these buildings is an indicator of the enduring strength of one of Atlanta’s largest business districts, and we are pleased to retain several existing tenants and attract new companies at both buildings.”
Recent deals at Lenox Plaza include the following:
Altour International Inc. extended its lease at the building. Arlene Sommer with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
DSF Wealth Management renewed its lease in a direct deal.
