LPC Southeast Secures Several New Leases, Renewals at Lenox Center and Lenox Plaza
Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has secured three new leases and two renewals at Lenox Center and Lenox Plaza within Atlanta’s prime Buckhead submarket. Lincoln’s Matt Fergus, Hunter Henritze and Robert Degolian handled leasing on behalf of the owner.

Ryan King, State Farm Insurance relocated within the building, signing a new lease. David Dixon of NAI Brannen Goddard represented the tenant.
