“As the market stabilizes and we work to overcome the obstacles created by COVID, these two new deals underscore the resiliency of the Central Perimeter submarket,” said Lincoln’s Hickson. “We expect to see leasing momentum build and Central Perimeter remain an attractive office hub, as more companies scope out prime office product for expansions and relocations in Metro Atlanta. With a centralized location, a plethora of business types and impressive nearby amenities, we are confident in 200 Ashford Center’s continued success.”

Rosenthal & Kaplin, P.C., an accounting firm providing businesses and individuals with a wide range of financial offerings including audit and tax services, signed a 4,500-square-foot lease at the center.
