LPC Southeast Secures Two New Leases at 55 Allen Plaza in Downtown Atlanta
Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated a building sale and 20,000-square-foot lease renewal at Lakeside at Peachtree Corners office park in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Lincoln’s Senior Vice Presidents Michael Howell and Hunter Henritze represented the landlord, The Ardent Companies, in both transactions.
5300 Triangle Parkway, a 56,000-square-foot, single-story office building at Lakeside at Peachtree Corners, was purchased by Booster Enterprises. Will Grogan and Tom Davenport with Lavista Associates represented the buyer in the transaction. In addition, Clean Earth Environmental renewed its 19,166-square-foot lease at 5250 Triangle Parkway, represented by Jon Elson with Allegro Realty. Clean Earth Environmental is a national provider of environmental and regulated waste management services headquartered in Pennsylvania.
“Peachtree Corners is one of Metro Atlanta’s most active submarkets, posting the second-highest absorption figures across Metro Atlanta in 2021 behind only Midtown, which is a considerably larger submarket, ” said Lincoln’s Howell. “The relocation of Booster Enterprises to Peachtree Corners, along with numerous other companies, underscores the attractiveness of this area.”
Lakeside at Peachtree Corners spans 185,000 RSF near the intersection of Peachtree Parkway and Peachtree Corners Circle. The office complex offers above market parking and recently completed extensive renovations to include painting the exterior of all the buildings, new wayfinding and monument signage and landscaping upgrades. The property sits just minutes away from The Forum on Peachtree Parkway, which offers a large selection of dining, retail and entertainment options. The Forum is now under new ownership of North American Properties, which plans to invest significant capital in the property to strengthen existing storefronts. Lakeside at Peachtree Corners also offers easy access to various transportation hubs including I-285, I-75, Highway 400 and Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
